By combining the expertise of mental health nursing with the empowerment of a coaching style, this unique blended approach offers a holistic solution to navigating mental health challenges, such as low mood, stress or anxiety.
This bespoke 1:1 plan begins with a comprehensive mental well-being review to ensure a shared understanding of your current challenges and set a solid foundation for our work together. From there, we'll move forward with short-term goal setting, progressing toward long-term objectives that align with your vision for a healthier, more fulfilling life.
Throughout the 16 weeks, we'll use a range of tools, techniques, and strategies that will help you deepen your self-awareness, understand the role your mental health plays in your life, and build sustainable coping mechanisms. Together, we'll focus on creating alignment in your life, bringing clarity, and deepening the meaning and purpose behind your actions.
Your appointments will take place on Microsoft Teams and you can schedule the appointment to suit you. Once you have booked your first appointment, you will receive an email with a calendar invite which will contain the link to the session. Just log on to the call at your appointment time. Your subsequent appointment will be arranged at the end of the appointment.
